How can I withdraw funds from my account?

You can withdraw your funds by logging on your Client Portal https://clientportal.axi.com/

Once in Client Portal, please click Withdraw Funds (at the left hand panel), choose the available withdrawal method for your account and follow the prompts.

For the first withdrawal to your bank account, you will have to submit your bank account information and provide the most recent bank statement for verification. 

If you are using Bank Transfer for withdrawal, to add bank account information, please click Bank Accounts (at the left hand panel), choose New Bank Account, input your bank account information and upload the most recent bank account statement (in PDF or picture of paper statement). 

Please note that:

  • Withdrawal method must be the same as your deposit method, except for deposit via Visa/Master card to withdraw to your bank account. 
  • All withdrawals and bank account verification will be checked and processed within 2 business days once receipt.
