Do you charge account maintenance fee?

  1. We do not charge account maintenance fee on active accounts. However, we do charge a fee on inactive accounts (“inactivity fee”)

  2. Inactive Accounts are accounts that have had no open trades for a period of at least 12 months. 

  3. From December 1, 2021, Axi will apply the Inactivity Fee on inactive accounts. The monthly inactivity fee will be equal to the lesser of: 

    (i) 10 units of the currency in which your account is denominated e.g.10USD (with the exception of accounts denominated in HKD, JPY, and PLN, which will be charged 80 HKD, 1000JPY and 50 PLN respectively), or

    (ii) The remaining balance in your account. 

  4. Once your account reaches a zero balance, Axi reserves the right to close your account without further notification.
