What happens to my money if I die?

In the event of the death of an account holder, Axi should be notified as soon as possible. The executor can reach out to us via email at service@axi.com. In order to facilitate the transfer of funds, we will need the executor to provide us with the relevant documents and details outlined below:

1. Certified Copy of Will. If there is no Copy of the Will, then kindly provide a letter of administration granted by the relevant court authorities;

2. Executor's Certified Proof of ID (Front and Back Copies);

3. Your Complete Name, Contact Number/s, and Relationship to the Deceased;

4. Certified Copy of Death Certificate.

We will then review of the documents for approval in order to start the process of returning any outstanding balance and disable the account.
