Please note that once your account is closed, this account cannot be re-opened later.
Before closing your account, you first need to remove the remaining balance present in your account. To transfer the funds out of your account, please log in to your Client Portal, on the left side under Funds, click on "Withdraw funds" and select your withdrawal method.
If the account balance is negative, you will first need to cover this negative balance before making your request.
Once the balance is zero you will need to send an email to service@axi.com confirming your account number and a written request for it to be closed. (e.g.: Please close my account 4122222). Note that this request must be made from your registered email address, which is directly linked to your MT4 account.
