What does the "Invalid Account" notification mean?

If you receive an 'Invalid Account' notification, please consult the following troubleshooting tips:
 
Incorrect login number: confirm the number is the same as the one provided in the welcome email you received when you first opened your account.
Incorrect password: if you have not changed your password, check that the password matches the one provided in the welcome email you received when you first opened your account. If you have changed your password but can't remember it, click here to reset: https://www.axi.com/reset-mt4-password.
Account no longer exists: your account may have been closed. Please contact our Client Services team for support, or to open a new account.
Incorrect server: to check that you are connected to the right server, use the dropdown menu to see a list of available servers. If you are unsure over the server, please check your welcome email. If your preferred server is not visible, you can follow the below steps to rescan the server and login:
 
  • If you are logging in via MT4 platform on laptop/desktop: Click on "File" (top bar) > "Open an Account" > Look for the green + sign at the bottom, and type "Axi" > "Scan" button > Wait for the green bar to fill up > Choose the correct server then click "Next" > Input the MT4 login and password > Click "Finish". If successful, you should see the connection speed at the bottom right corner.
  • If you are logging in via iPhone, please follow: Settings > New Account > Login to an existing account > Type "Axi" then choose your correct server > Type your login account number/password > Sign in.
  • If you are logging in via Android:  Go to top left hand corner, click "Accounts" > Click "Manage account" > Click "+" symbol on top right hand corner > Click "Login to an existing account" > Enter "Axi"  and choose your correct server> Put in your login ID and password
