Financial Commission Resolution Process & Compensation Fund

The Financial Commission was established as a neutral third party committee to fairly review and resolve complaints through a simpler process than industry regulators and the legal system.

The Commission ensures traders and brokers can have all their concerns addressed and get disputes resolved in a quick, efficient and unbiased manner. The Commission also provides additional protection for traders through a Compensation Fund.
